A Running Start – Learn to Run Properly Today [Video]

Adriel here.
My daughter is in dance team at school and my son plays for a basketball team.
Either way, they are running on and off during practice or
performance (maybe for short distances at a time)
Parents, next time you are looking to involve your children
into sports, get the basic fundamentals of running down first.
I love it when kids decide to participate in any sport.
It's great to keep them active. If you can bring
joy to any activity, the better the kid will stick with it.
Here's a cool resource I found with lots of great techniques and ways
to have fun while learning.

Ever play paintball?
Check out this quick video from a paintball game
(footage taken by my son - sorry it's a bit shaky)
It helps to be fit when playing paintball. Think about it the game "tag" - you need
quickness and agility to run from your opponent.
If you have the speed and endurance, you can get an edge over the next guy.
I suggest you follow a boxing routine. You can contact my my friend Lawrence Ragos,
He's got great boxing workouts and routines. Check out his site if you get a chance.
Eating right and exercising on a daily basis are essential parts of paintball.

Video Post – To The Eiffel Tower – 1021
Hey friend-
How are you doing?
Do you love to take walks? I do. It opens up my mind to
think and my body to relax. What about you?
Well, I did lots of walking while in Paris last month... and one involved lots of stairs.
Here you go, 1021 steps (to the second level) then you'll have to take an elevator.
I ran out of battery power on my flip video on my way up inside the elevator. I'll have to sub that for still images.
Here's a quick video from me climbing the Eiffel Tower.

We Are All Athletes – Quick Abs and Lower Back WOD
Hey there-
Happy Monday! I hope you are awesome.
We are all athletes... whether we are cleaning tables,
bending and lifting our kids, walking up and down
a flight of stairs every day... we are athletes.
Here's a quick abs and lower back workout.
-Walking Plank - go into a plank position then move into a high plank or push up position than back down...
-Butt Wiggles - keep your head and upper shoulders off the floor as you shake your butt
-Skydivers - alternate lifting arm with opposite leg and repeat other side
Train hard, live easy - smile:)
