My friend and bootcamp participant, Karl, inspired me to write an article today

Alright, have a great weekend and feel free to comment below.

To find ways to stimulate the body to change is quite simple. You just need the right strategies to increase energy burn with supportive nutrition. Here's a way to get you on the path of making to a healthy difference in yourself.

Use key energy times.

I hear the excuse of "I'm too tired" too often. Next time you plan your exercise session, schedule it around YOUR ideal schedule not when people or books tell you when it's best. The key is to do it when you have the most energy out of your day and you are best motivated. This is going to help you not abandon your workout and stick to it.

Hate the hassles of parking?

What to be ready for your training work out without having to warm up inside the gym? If you're within 5-10 minute drive from your local shops or your gym, why not bike to your destination? Not only are you helping keep the environment cleaner, but you're preparing your body by warming up in advance. Get fit that's great for the environment too.

Work out with Inspiration.

You can work out around other gym members, work out with exercise DVDs or find a friend who has similar fitness goals and wants to work hard at it too.

Drop pounds, earn money.

Check out this website if you like getting PAID. You see, I was looking for a site that could help others lose pounds with some extra monetary incentive. According to the University of Pennsylvania economist found that those who offered financial reward or more likely to reach a weight loss goals. If you want to train in exchange for earning money, you can try a site called healthywage.com. Helps you get paid by dropping pounds. Step up to a challenge and you might find it fun.

Join a partnership.

Ask a family member or friend to join a healthy competition weight loss challenge with you. Who ever gets in shape the fastest will win the cash pot your put together.

Feel good moving.

Throw on an outfit that makes you feel good to wear in the gym. Also, break in the routine slowly. If you are just starting out, try training for the first month, by training twice a week for 30 minutes. Then after a month, add another day to three days a week.

Find out your style.

What type of exerciser are you? Are you an enthusiast, a warrior, escapist? If you're a warrior, get involved in some competition like a half marathon. If you're more of a enthusiast, do something you really love to do and have fun doing like rollerblading or biking. If you're an escape artist exerciser, bring along you DVD player or portable laptop and take it along as you do cardio. You can get a table that attaches to the treadmill unit as you're walking or running.

Aim by numbers.

This one is for ladies, be around 18.5 to 24.9% body fat range are good numbers to set goals for.. Of course, aim for a lower body fat number. Seeing numbers go down can be motivation to psyche yourself up.

Little by little.

As little as 15 minutes a day can help stimulate change and start you on the path of making a healthy difference. Exercise lowers blood pressure and lessens anxiety.

Have an awesome evening and I’ll talk to you soon!
